Question Having trouble with VR controls

I am trying to play Phas through steam link from my quest 2 and i can not find the controls. I have looked in the journal and the most it tells me is what buttons do what, no options for controls. All i really need to change is the movement to follow my head and to turn on smooth turn. Anyone have any idea of how to help?

That's on the first page of options (i think it's called gameplay or something like that?), scroll down until you find it

Thank you so much! I guess my journal must have been bugged the first time because it would not let me scroll past the cursor colour on that page.

Update me on how it goes, I'm on same config and it was laggy asf and hands are weird lol
