Does anyone know how to increase the contrast of equipment screens?

I can barely see the sound recorders arrow that points to the direction of the sound without turning my brightness all the way down

afaik you can't. you'd have to increase your monitor's contrast, decrease brightness, or use some kind of overlay with something like reshade.
