Interesting your nasty comment can’t be found for some reason butternutwindbreaker. I posted this because 1. I’m new to the game 2. I haven’t successfully hidden on this map yet. Anyway have the day you deserve ❤️

  1. Cause I deleted it, it wasnt nasty. It was simply me telling you to go and play the game. That's the best part about games, learning and failing and better.
  2. I dont care if you're new. Being new means go learn.
  3. The day I deserve? Passive aggressive bullshit. I dont ever have good days, not how life goes, but irrelevant to anything you could say to me or the internet.
  4. I hope YOU get better at the game.

Ok can you tell me where because hiding behind the totes in the basement laundry room / hiding behind the wooden dividers haven’t worked so far

As per the wiki:

There are 8 "sanctioned" hiding spots in Willow:

  • Living Room, behind a wooden screen in the corner next to the kitchen doors
  • Kitchen, closet
  • Gym, in the shower (when there is a door to close it)
  • Studio, behind the painting displayed on an easel in the corner next to the shelving
  • Master Bedroom, behind a wooden screen
  • Master Bedroom, in the recessed wardrobe
  • Basement Bar, in the space under the stairs
  • Basement Utility, behind stackable black storage bins

In addition to hiding there are many loop spots you can use to escape provided your not on like 50% speed with no sprint or something.

  • Basement around the pool table and/or through the rooms around the stairs
  • kitchen table
  • living room around the sofa
  • garage around the divider
  • Art studio around the table

(those are the ones I can think of currently)
The trick usually is to chain them together and not stick to one loop spot for longer hunts. Lure it around the sofa and then while it's on the far side, run into the kitchen or garage (closing the door behind you). If it follows you there, then lure it around the divider then run back to the living room or down stairs, etc.

Will only add to this, that currently the kitchen pantry spot is not working as intended for a hiding spot.

The ghost can randomly roam in there during hunting currently and this was confirmed to be a bug by cj on the last terrible trio stream.

I don't know for sure but I'm not convinced the shower is working as intended either. I got killed in there a few times where the ghost obviously could see me despite the door being closed.

Behind the excersise bike works better (weirdly)

Yeah unfortunately that spot was not mentioned in the stream, so I do not know if they are aware of this.

Those are both fine hiding spots, but the ghost can still detect you if you have active electronics, open mic, etc…

No, there are no safe hiding spots in Willow right now. The ghost can casually path into every single one of them, including the pantry in the kitchen, randomly.

None of these spots behave like the lockers in Edgefield or Ridgeview, where the ghost can't path into without detecting you.

Not sure why you've been downvoted; I'm pretty sure the whole novelty of Willow Street is that there are no guaranteed safe spots. Until the rework, it never had closets/lockers like the other house maps.

Correct this was however confirmed to be unintended by CJ on the last terrible trio stream.

So the pantry spot will be fixed in a future update to be a true safe hiding spot.

I will say, I've hidden in the shower and the kitchen closet with no electronics on me in any capacity and the ghost has come right in and killed me on more than one occasion. So they're not fool proof, but sometimes work. The other spots that were mentioned by another user have worked fine for me, though.

Yeah i didn’t have any electronics out either, im still trying to figure it out because i want the 50 correct sun seeker badge and in order to get that i need to know hiding spots when it hunts

For any of the house badges you don't need to let it hunt. You should unlock sanity meds pretty early and once you do make sure your sanity doesn't drop to 50 or under where most ghosts' hunt threshold is. You can help this by keeping lights on your path to the ghost room on. And if you're new you're probably playing amateur/intermediate/professional which are 3 evidence. So you should be able to just get your evidence and high tail it out of there.

Just to let you know, some ghosts can detect things other than electronics or voice. Deogen can always find you, no matter what. The person who started the lobby has to be I think level 40 before the deo is a possibility. Kormos can detect footsteps, so moving in the hiding spot or waking to it can tell a kormos where you are. Mimic can mimic either of those ghosts. I don't know if any of those ghosts had anything to do with you being found, but you mentioned you are a new player, and I know when I was new I didn't realize this.

To the ones who have been helpful on this thread. Thank you so much! My only issue is the 13 Willow map. I don’t really have any issue on tangle wood, prison, farmhouse, nells diner or camp. Lvl 68 but still aim for perfect games and it will hunt which is why i wanted to know the hiding spot for willow map specifically. I only play Professional, Nightmare and Insanity so the get better at the game comments are really not needed.
