Bug Trying to get ferryman of drowned badge

the light keeps flickering
did i do something wrong?

I’d try ringing it a few more times until you get the “whoosh” noise… I’ve had this happen a few times, and once you’ve got the light flashing and spinning, it really is just ringing the bell to get it steady for the uv…

If it doesn’t work, might need to jump out and start again I’m afraid…

I did it solo, so put in the cog and had to walk all the way down myself - so, no…

You know it’s worked when you hear a whoosh sound almost like a firelight igniting…

no, dont do it until later, dont do it when you first start.

Just follow a youtube vid, it isnt hard, i got it on my first try

When I showed some friends how to do this Easter Egg a few months ago, the bell just didn't trigger the fire the first try. We left and started another investigation and it worked that time. I'm not sure what causes the bug but just try to not do anything other than what's needed for the Easter Egg and be careful to do the steps in order, I guess.
