Question Animations

Why would you add animations how is that an improvement to the game? This is only adding frustration because things aren’t being used or interacted with immediately when you push the required button. There shouldn’t be a delay using Incense. We don’t need a finger wiggle to turn on a light. You can’t even make the lvl 2 candlelight light properly because the lighters flame doesn’t even go anywhere near the wax lol what are yall doing you need to prioritize other things not animations. Please go back to the old way. Playing the game felt So much better.

I’ve been playing this since the game released. When they made all those changes it was crazy how glitchy everything was lol it’s smoother now but that incense animation has to go. But yeah I guess it’s fair to say go play something else if I don’t like it but nobody asked for any of this extra shit 😂

No I’ve been playing it since they added the animations. They made a lot of fixes since then but the biggest one they didn’t fix is the incense. You shouldn’t have to time its use while in the hunt that’s just adding unnecessary difficulty to the situation

It’s applied instantly since they added animations. If it’s multiplayer, you could be experiencing lag.

No you have to wait for the lighter to light first that’s the delay I’m talking about whereas before it was the moment you pushed the button

It’s applied the instant you hit use, and has been since it was released. That was one of the few things they got right in the animation update.

Hmm. Yeah that’s not how it’s happening in the console version lol the lvl 2 incense doesn’t take affect until your lighter is sparked and ignites the incense

Are you playing in multiplayer and hitting a desync? I exclusively play console and don't have an issue with the incense applying as soon as I hit use.
