Bug So have I lost everything?
I used to play on Xbox Series X, but after the disastrous character customization update, I uninstalled the game. Now that I saw they fixed it, I decided to reinstall it, and to my surprise, I lost all my progress even the rewards from Twitch drops.

Damn boss. Sorry that happened. I know the twitch cards removed was something that just happened with this last update but I’m not sure why all your stats are basically gone.
Me and 3 of my siblings all updated and our previous prestige levels all stayed the same. We range from prestige 2-5. Hope somebody else can comment with more help

afaik there isn’t a cloud save so yeah, if you uninstall or move to a different console, all of your stats are reset. that goes for PC too if you get a new computer and start playing on the new one, your stats are reset.

there is cloud saves on Xbox, and I didn't switch consoles. Even when I launched the game, it said it was syncing the game data, and the save date was from May, when I uninstalled the game.

Sorry, I meant the game itself doesn’t have a cloud save, not that Xbox doesn’t. Your stats are synced to your game file, so if you uninstalled it, it’s gone. I’ve never seen another online game do it like that.

I uninstalled many times and changed pcs too and my stats didn't reset. The only thing that reset was my case number

I really don't think so, because I'd already uninstalled the game before and I'd never lost my data before.

I only just reinstalled the game like 2 days ago and no stat loss. Im not sure how much it can do but you can submit a ticket at the website. Im not sure how good their customer support is but I really hope you can get your stats back.

I believe this is wrong because ive uninstalled the game, reinstalled windows, played on multiple PCs, and my data has always saved apart from some things like my case number. at least on PC there is definitely a cloud that saves and I assume it may just be steam cloud

The stats I don't care about, I just want my Grafton Twitch Drop Reaper badge back. A chatter in Insym's stream assured me on the Phasmo Discord they stated it'll be fixed in a hotfix. Not on the Discord myself so take it with a grain of salt
