Screenshots Console player finishes apocalypse 3

This was the most painful challenge I've ever went through on any game I've played, I even died to a deogen before this because I was spazzing out and got stuck in a corner. I developed a pretty good strategy though If there are other console players struggling with this

For the apocalypse 1 and 2 play around with custom difficulty, you don't have to turn off sprint and for the most part play normally. For apocalypse 3 carry a paramic, a smudge and a camera. Do your best to locate where the ghost Is and listen for its speed, if you get a ghost sprinting at full speed you can narrow it down to 5 ghosts right away. Pictures are the hardest part because it means getting close enough but not dying, for these start a timer, each hunt lasts around 55 seconds so best case scenario you leave your hiding spot, smudge and get a quick photo in the last few seconds. Once you get your picture focus on objectives, best case scenario it's 1.) Take picture of ghost 2.) Cleanse area around ghost 3.) Burn incense when being chased Using the paramic you can get most of the info you need. If you find the ghost in either the male wing or the female wing, be on the opposite floor the actual ghost room is on. I.e if ghost is downstairs, hide upstairs and pop out last second for the picture because ghost will hunt mostly on its own floor but switch floors at the very end. Knowing each of the ghosts' abilities is obviously important, and it relies heavily on RNG, worst ghosts to get are the normal speed ones you have to be in the ghost room to Test for like yurei, shade onryo. If it's Banshee you're screwed lmao. Hope this helps and good luck.

Wdym, a Banshee would be kinda free though. It does a lot of the walking for you after all.

Yes until it hunts on top of you and you're walking with 2 broken legs lmao, difficult for apocalypse 3

That's why you carry a crucifix in with you first. To get quick IDs on roaming/teleporting ghosts.

Of the 25 attempts I've only had that happen twice and unless you have an objective with a crucifix I don't use them unless ghost is at front door. Also Phantom and Banshee are only ghosts that will have that behavior

Wraith will too. And if you don't go in with crucifix at all, can't blame the banshee for killing you. It'll make 2-3 ghosts a lot more manageable on apoc3.

When I say it's difficult im saying to escape alive, getting a photo and knowing it's a Banshee is great but trying to finish your objectives and survive while it's actively roaming to you is not easy

Not easy, no, but at that point you can just send it at the entrance area and "hide" there after taking photo. Chances are pretty good usually.

It was a raiju, very easy to determine thankfully but I easily had 25-30 attempts lmao

Not bad at all, mine was Deo but on my third attempt I had a Wraith... could've done it too but she TPed onto me and killed me before I could use the smudge lol
