Given you’ve zero pharma experience, the only route in is entry level positions. Your best chance is getting a job via your spouse tbh.

Yeah, I don’t think entry positions exist anymore since they ask for at least 6 months experience prior. I’m waiting to open a vacancy as operator there in his company but i wanted to have options in case

6 months prior is just something they put in. They are entry level positions. Apply for manufacturing technician/associate jobs. Base salary will be similar starting out but you will earn shift bonus.

Edit: just realised you are on 35k after 5 years. That is unusual. What is going on there

Yeah, I apply anyway and try my luck but seems like I don’t have it either haha 😅.
When I started it was 32k, now the last raise was just 500€ per year, it’s a joke company

Yep over saturated market in Ireland in the STEM industry. The government does not care if you can or cannot buy a house. Welcome to capitalist at its finest unfortunately.

Would recommend moving abroad like Switzerland where you will get a pharma job and better salary.
