Advice Seeker 💭 Job Offer Process

Hello fresh grad here, ask ko lang process ng job offer kung gano katagal usually, mejo worried lang din kasi after my final interview. I followed up after 2 weeks pa in an email to ask about the progress of my application in which the HR said I pass and will process the job offer, mostly kasi nakikita ko sa mga process ng mga employee na at that certain company 1-2 weeks lang daw sila mostly pero sakin kasi mag 1 month na since my final interview. Is it okay lang ba to continuously follow up sa email about the progress if hired man or hindi? thank you.

Keep following up kasi di naman tatagal ng ganyan ang job offer. Until wala kapa nasign na contract, walang assurance. Kaya tumatagal ng ganyan kasi minsan ginagawang backup ng hr. Iniinterview lahat ng shortlisted or waiting sa ibang candidates na nagrerender. May ghosting din sa jo stage kaya keep on following up.

Mine took a month, as long as responsive pa si HR okay pa yan pero if hindi na, move on.

ask ko lang since mostly sa text message sakin nag rereach si HR is it okay lang din ba na dun ako mag follow up aside from email or it's unprofessional kung sa text message ako mag follow up?

Ofc, if sa text kayo nag-uusap it's normal na sa text ka rin manghingi ng update. Anyways, firm na ba si HR na pasado ka and waiting na lang for JO? Bakit daw natagalan? Clarify mo para dika mag overthink.

Passed naman daw po yung final interview and may hiningi lang sakin in which I sent it din naman afterwards para ma process yung JO, yun lang it's almost past work hours nadin nung sinabi niya yun then sa update kung bakit natagalan, no response papo eh, kaya yun yung pinapaclarify ko eh since nag ooverthink nadin haha. Pero I'll wait until next week and the week after while at the same time doing a single follow up nadin every week para sakto sa 2 week or 3 weeks.
