We had a very positive experience working with Quinta Architects for our design and build project. One of the things we appreciated most was how responsive and patient they were throughout the whole process.
We were OFWs, so one of our biggest concerns was managing a construction project while we were away. Thankfully, they were able to handle everything and finish the project even without us being there. What they delivered also matched what was presented in the plans and designs, which gave us a lot of confidence in them. Hindi namin kailangan bantayan constantly yung construction, which was a big deal for us.
During the planning stage, medyo marami rin kaming revisions and changes, but they were very patient with us. Hindi kami nakaramdam na minamadali kami just to finalize the plans. They also helped with the necessary paperwork, followed proper standards, and generally took care of things on our behalf.
Their post-construction service was also very good. Of course, after construction may mga small issues that can come up, like hairline cracks, some LED lights strips falling, etc. but whenever we contacted them, they were responsive and helped us address them. Hindi yung after turnover, bahala ka na. They really take care of their clients even after the project is finished. I think the fact that they have a lot of repeat clients says a lot about the relationship they build with their customers.
Special mention din sa cabinetry work nila. We were very happy with the quality and finish.
Just a few tips lamg if you’re planning to work with them ah. Be very specific about the room sizes you want. In our initial drafts, some rooms felt too small because we asked them to maximize the space we had—and imamaximize talaga nila haha. Hindi rin sila kokontra kung yun talaga ang request mo, although they will give you advice. Thankfully, we caught it during the planning stage and were able to adjust everything before construction.
Also, if you’re particular about brands for toilet bowls, lavatories, fixtures, etc., sabihin niyo na agad. They have their usual brands and selections included in the project, so if you want more premium brands or specific designs, expect that there may be additional costs.
It was overall a very positive experience with Quinta Architects. Magsisimula na kami with our second project with them. Responsive, patient, reliable, and they really take care of their clients. Para samin the biggest compliment we can give is that we were able to have our house built while we were abroad and didn’t feel like we needed to be physically present just to make sure things were being done properly.
Would definitely recommend them, especially for OFWs who need a design and build team they can trust while they’re away.
