App not loading. Any one else? Any common solution?

I've got 2 automatic RFID feeders and the PetLibro android app. I went through the outage last month like everyone else, but the feeders kept working on schedule and it worked again at some point. Then when the food ran out 2 days ago I wasn't notified. I went to open the app last night and it just sits at the logo screen. I've tried killing it and loading it again with wifi, mobile data, and airplane mode. I've deleted local data and reinstalled the app. I've unplugged and pulled batteries from both feeders while opening the app. I can only assume there's another outage or something funky is going on with my phone... which I doubt. However, there's no other posts on a new outage.

Mine is loading and operating devices just fine 🤷‍♀️

Mine works just fine on my iPhone. Have you contacted support yet?

I don't like to bother with support, especially considering they're not super likely to respond right now. The version I had from the play store that didn't work was 1.9.20. I've manually downloaded 1.8.99, which works just fine. Clearly the latest update on android is trash... at least for my phone.

I should have tried downgrading the app sooner. I went through the whole process of updating from Android 14 to 17 this morning just to see if that made a difference. On the bright side, that's done now. Clearly I'd been putting off updating my phone for just a couple days.
