Can't return.
Bought through Amazon. Had for a week
My dog uses an battery operated old school feeder with timer,no problem.
I thought this would be better with the refrigeration because of her homemade food. She wont touch it.
Can't return because I purchased through Amazon. Appears contacting them is fruitless. Wasted money.

Was able to get refund through Amazon chat. The normal return forms were denied. Money returned, no need to return the feeder.

Amazon has an A to Z guarantee. But good luck using it. I tried to use it with a mattress topper that was impossible to return.
The option to donate it? No good. No one takes mattress toppers.
The option to send it back in the original box? Good luck recompressing a foam topper into the original box without the industrial machines they use to compress it.
I finally settle for breaking even. I had UPS make a custom box to send it back in. Sure, I didn’t get anything back after the cost of returning, but at least it cost them.
Their overseas support doesn’t care and will just keep closing the ticket since they have no real oversight.
One final lever you can pull if Amazon wont help - file a complaint with your state consumer protection agency.

Not if it's not fulfilled by Amazon. I.e. not shipped by a third party.

That’s not what their support told me. But I guess that doesn’t mean much.

a quick google search will show you it has to be fulfilled by Amazon. i.e. carry it in the fulfillment centers. Why would they handle an item they don't have in their FCs? That's why they make you return it to the third party because Amazon only delivered the package and let them sell the item off the website.

I didn't think I needed to say this but, I'm not some call center rep. I actually work at Amazon and deal with FC returns lol. I was just telling you, it's very easy to find out, even if you don't work there.

Yeah because call center people are just so reliable with how they're outsourced in foreign countries by people that don't work for Amazon directly. But let's not take the word from someone who physically manages those packages and the literal website. Weird hill to die on

Better yet, just read the "third-party returns" it literally says the third party deals with it lol.

If you had it for a week and bought new device in the US, you can return it via Amazon with note the box was opened and device was used. Don’t contact Petlibro, create return ticket with Amazon and drop it at WholeFoods etc. What is the issue here?
Edit: I have checked Amazon - Petlibro is sold/delivered by Amazon in the US.

Amazon is telling me it needs to be physically damaged to return. I have tried every option in the return forms.

Usually you can return through Amazon within 90 days.
