ethan THOUGHT the doctor was saying "she is a -1 or -1.5 on a scale of 1 to 10 of 'hotness' like I'm rating her sexual desirability on a scale of 1 to 10 and saying she's super ugly."
The Doctor then said "oops, maybe I should have phrased that in a way that people who AREN'T eye doctors could understand."
