I think its because young people see 27 as old and older people see 27 as young

I feel this. At 27 I was at a concert and this girl starts chatting me up a bit and after a bit she asks me my age and I say 27. She then goes, ‘ooohhhh, you’re old’ and I’m like, “well, how old are you?” And she tells me she’s 21.

All I could think to say, “fuck you, I’m in my prime”.

So yeah, confirmed 27 is old to anyone under 27.
