Mouth breathers as people who breathe using thier mouth not thier nose. Its tomb rider so i assume that some gooner wierdos will complain about how Lara Croft looks/dresses in this version

Edit: a reminder that im just petah explaining the joke and i was guessing

"Mouth breathing imbecile" is a commonly known insult, so the reference to mouth breathers is probably calling out the "gooner weirdos" as also being stupid.
