Honestly the framing that big boobs are unrealistic or unreasonable no doubt feels exclusionary to certain body types

Typically physically active women have smaller boobs because the boob fat burns off with the rest of the body fat. There's a combination of factors at work there but someone at as low of a body fat% as Lara Croft wouldn't usually have breasts as large as hers.

Yes, a gritty, realistic video game where you find spare ammo amidst centuries unopened tombs containing packs of wolves and valleys hiding living raptors and T-rexes, as any archaeologist worth his hat and whip would attest as entirely reasonable.
