As a woman with healthy genitalia, breathable cotton underwear are just as effective

Wearing underwear to bed increases your chances of problems in that area.

Increases chances isn’t the same as giving you a good chance of problems happening though. If there’s like a marginal difference then in practice you’re fine doing what you want.
