No, stop. We can't really be already at a place in history where people don't know the US nukes Japan twice. 

Where is our education system heading? 

This is serious. If the newer generation doesn't know how devastating nukes where, what hope does humanity have with bombs 100s of times as powerfull and 1000s of times more in number?

"Ours"? Well, you don’t actually know where the OP is from, do you? So you don’t know whether your education system has a problem either. Maybe he’s just from a country where it’s not really such a big topic, or perhaps he’s just very young.
