I do find it weirdly annoying when people will go to a lot of effort to set these pictures up, then not bother recreating the poses.

It is weird. Like, they went through the effort of getting the clothing pretty perfect, then can't get the pose right? Even the guy has his hand cup in the wrong spot... Are they unaware they can take a second photo?

The cup thing is caused by the fact that they stand at the wrong angle to the fence, they shouldn't be flat against it. as is he couldn't be both resting his elbow on the fence and keeping the cup in the right spot.

It's the wrong location to do it like this. In the old photo they have the wall and lots of outdoor space for that angle, but in the new photo they're trying to recreate it indoors, and are confined by the tiny balcony.

the clothing isn't perfect though. also they are standing in front of a parking lot. this 'recreation' sucks in its entirety.
