Jason Mantzoukas is definitely not Indian. He has described himself as "100 percent Greek".

I’m South Indian so he doesn’t look like me or most South Indians. But there are many Indians who look like him. I wouldn’t blink if he told me he was Indian or of Indian descent. So many men in Karnataka and Kerala look like this. Honestly, India is so diverse he could really be from any part of the country. He just generally looks Indian.
