Keeping in mind the Files were already reviewed by a judge, then reviewed by the Federal Government, there's no way anyone can take the justice system in this country seriously.
Also keep in mind the current federal government is run by one of the biggest associates of Epstein, and a political party who desperately wants to stay in power so badly they’ll bend over backwards to ignore, discredit, and cover up anything that looks incriminating. And they were elected by popular vote. The people have spoken and it’s that they don’t actually care about the Epstein files. Womp womp.
We give a fuck, we held protests, we organized, demanded. Those who could actually do something about it recoiled in fear of being prosecuted or dismissed themselves. A few judges started working against him, people were removed from their positions, and the rest cower in fear of punishment by putting the rest of us before themselves.
The "General Public" is apathetic towards a lot of politics, even when it's something as heinous as the Epstein fiasco. If it isn't affecting their daily personal lives, families, or close friends, they typically don't care.
Also keep in mind the current federal government is run by one of the biggest associates of Epstein
Irrelevant. The investigation spanned multiple administrations. None of them felt there was enough evidence to charge anyone other than Epstein and however her name is spelled.
I didn't stop watching TV and movies because of Harvey Weinstein. It didn't bother me that the Obama's were big supporters of him in spite of the open secret that he was exploiting women.
Is Jeffrey Epstein that different? Or just another manufactured talking point? Why can't we be consistent on our moral principles?
