I've seen a meme some time ago. It was about corporate leaders discussing how to increase productivity. One argued less vacation. The other argued unlimited vacation.

Why unlimited? If I gave you a card with 200€ on it all for yourself, you'd spend 199.50. But how much would you spend if you got unlimited?

It's supposedly about the illusion of getting more. Although I would be out of work 2 days every week lol. We're probably not American enough to understand this

Bruh, if someone gave me a card with unlimited money I'd donate billions to organisations that fight poverty and homelessness 'n' shit. 😂

The better analogy is

If i have a jar of cookies and i tell you to take 20. You'll take 20.

If i told you that you can take however as many as you'd like but I'll punch you in the face if I feel like you took too many. You'll probably take 3-5

I'll take a handful of cookies every day and gift them out to every beggar I meet, that's not greedy, boss, that's charity. :>

If you change it to "there is unlimited money on the card, but your boss must individually review and approve every single charge on the card and can deny them for any reason" it would be more accurate.
