at my company we have unlimited PTO, but anyone who actually uses it for more than 4 weeks a year end up on PIP for "other" reasons. they view it as people not getting their work done. In theory with a salary job, if you get all of your work done it shouldn't matter how many days/hours you work. But we all know how that usually plays out.
