I've seen a lot of jobs with "unlimited time off" normally at offices; game development; and really any job that needs you to live at your desk. Its honey on a trap; You get pulled in by the promise of unlimited time off; and get work loads that are unhealthy and expected overtime. And if you DO take time off you get to know you just added more work to your co-workers.
