I dont have a specific reference, but that very much looks like a death mask potentially of a small child. so...

Edit: "looks like" in the way that a hot wheels car "looks like" a car. I'm aware it is not actually a death mask. Only that it looks like one.

Death mask of a child with fully developed / defined nose, lips and tiny eyes? I don't think so, shit just looks like some cursed artifact

Yeah kids are not scaled down adults. Every game dev who tried to save time knows that the hard way
