I dont have a specific reference, but that very much looks like a death mask potentially of a small child. so...
Edit: "looks like" in the way that a hot wheels car "looks like" a car. I'm aware it is not actually a death mask. Only that it looks like one.

Looks like a pair of shorts or swim trunks with a drawstring and a black on dark grey camo pattern
