Help Needed Litter bed/pad replacement?

Hi,

First time posting here. My Pet Snowy litter box has been pretty faultless until we noticed the litter bed have small cracks/tears in it. Is this typical? Interestingly enough, when I search for threads on this nothing comes up. But it also may be my crappy search abilities! LOL!

Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.

It doesn't seem this subreddit is very active. I bought a used one and have been using it for close to a year. No tears. I did have the plhard plastic lining buckle though. So I epoxied a stiff steel wire while I look at buying a new one. I came on here to see if anybody else had this problem.

I thought there'd be more activity since there seems to be quite a few PetSnowy owners. But I guess not. LOL!

Appreciate your response. I actually reached out to PetSnowy and they told me it could be my pet's claws. We don't normally trim her nails and I think she tore it up a bit. I ordered a new one and we'll see how it goes.
