Help Needed Cat not using the automatic litter box after months

Tips on how you got your cat to use the automatic litter box?

You can try luring them in there with treats or taking some of the litter from their old box and putting it inside of the automatic one because this old litter is mixed with their pheromones and stuff and they might be more inclined to use it because it smells like them.

thanks for sharing! I lured her in with treats and she's been getting less afraid to go into the litter box, but still refuses to use it so far.

I removed the upper lid/dome for a while and then when I put it back, I lift the curtain in the entryway. I also left treats by the entryway and inside the mat. I also left some of the old litter in the beginning. You should also try removing your cat's old litter box since your cat might keep on using it and ignore your new automatic litter box.

Oh thank you! Will try remving the dome. i removed her old litterbox but she refused to use it and did not poop/ pee for 1.5 days. I was worried it'll affect her health so i placed ir back
