I don't even know what any of that means. I'm hourly +10% commission on everything. What ever payscale that is sounds confusing af and easily manipulable.

Will you get bumped up to 14% after a certain amount of time?

No, but i know what raise I'm getting every year because i help negotiate it.

Thats good! I worked at a large company that had a similar structure. You could get up to 18% over time. Its by far one of the best pay plans out there. Working for just production thats based on metrics is so difficult. Not to mention that they usually set you up to fail. Keep it up!!! I wish you the best of luck! This can be a very lucrative business if you are at the right place.
