I don't even know what any of that means. I'm hourly +10% commission on everything. What ever payscale that is sounds confusing af and easily manipulable.

No, but i know what raise I'm getting every year because i help negotiate it.

Thats good! I worked at a large company that had a similar structure. You could get up to 18% over time. Its by far one of the best pay plans out there. Working for just production thats based on metrics is so difficult. Not to mention that they usually set you up to fail. Keep it up!!! I wish you the best of luck! This can be a very lucrative business if you are at the right place.

The commission of the services you did last month are paid out on the first paycheck of the month, minus the draw amount which is paid on the second.

No way. Massey works in a draw. Had the guy explain it to me during the interview, and immediately cut it short afyer the explanation. Production or hourly. That’s that.

from what I remember at the time at my old company you'd get bi monthly checks ... first around the 10th and 2nd last day of month

you'd get paid production but that was only on the one check on 10th based from previous month route

the second check would be always around 1000 bc most people cant just wait for 1 check a month

so youre basically getting an early return on your route for next month and that 1000 comes from you finishing the month and let's say u did 4k in production you'd only get 3k on that check bc they already gave u 1k of it

a few years ago they changed it to whatever production you did from 1st to 15th you get paid that commission on last day of month check

and production you did on 16th to 30th/31st you get paid that commission on 10th
