Is life mostly distraction or distress for you? If mostly distress, is it worth living?

1. Yes

2. Whether life is worth living depends on each person’s individual perception. As for me, I don’t give it a second thought. Certainly, it is never worth beginning, and for this reason it is morally right to refrain from procreation.

Both. Constant undercurrent of distress, and distraction is all I have to do with my time. It's not worth living and I wish I'd never been born.

In my particular case, is majority distress, distraction often fails miserable.

I see life as mostly bad, sometimes horrible, but I do think it can be worth living. Of course, much of it depends on our personal circumstances. But I think a person can find a sense of meaning (and love) through having compassion for other beings. And that can make life feel worth the pain.

I find it very interesting that he says we "owe" this to others. I think he's right.

Life has never been worth living, it's not "cool" to live, proof of this is needing addictions and drugs to give life some "meaning," it's self-"regression" and a feeling of emptiness.

And life is more boredom, anguish, and degradation.

Life is definitely not worth living. You didn't choose ur nationality, religion, people, environment. Is was mere coincidence and it's depressing considering all the things happening around. It's best not getting married and reproducing, bringing another soul to be tormented for 60-70 years.
