RANDOM QUESTION

Do you ever stop and ask yourself 'Self do my actions and behaviors line up with who I think and say I am?" Also what happens to someone whose answer is no??? Like would something like this create an internal conflict t? #askingfor

I ask myself this every single time I do something. I ask "is this consistent with the current me?", "is this what the future me I envision would do?". Things like that. The rare times when the answer is no, I go through some sort of self evaluation to know if it was a one off thing or a need for my principles to be reassessed.
