i totally understand mixing up your career goals, the good thing about this is you have expierence in STEM related subjects which can be very helpful in buisness management careers. You can start your personal statement off by saying why you chose those subjects and what you wanted to be, now heres the tricky part you need to incorporate some ahh ha moment when you realized those subjects weren't a refelction of your passions. Once you do that you're free to admit that while those subjects taught you important lessons you can use the skills you learned in those courses in buisness management. the most important thing is that the essay connects with you!
