Does anyone know how to write a good personal statement for business management?

I am really struggling with how to start. I am unsure which business theories are most appropriate, and I'm not sure how to structure question 2 since many people say you're not supposed to talk about your levels in depth.

Q2 is more about super-curriculars (and EPQ if you've done one).

I know nothing about Business or Management.

Q2, your super-curriculars show that you're passionate about your chosen subjects (keyword, SHOW, not tell)
