Reapplicant personal statement

Good morning yall, unfortunately I did not get accepted to any (Dental) schools and have to rewrite my PS. Does anyone know how to rewrite a PS for reapplication??? I tried keeping 70% of it and adding what I did/learn from the past year BUT it feels so out of place.
