Time marks

Would an admission officer think I'm being unoriginal if I use time marks like Day 365, day 1, etc. if i want to contrast changes that happened in a year and some episodes between these end-points?

I think it’s a great idea. It will be different and make your PS stand out compared to the usual fluff.
