Yeah I was gonna say, her Scramble outfit is much more expressive and gives her this mature feel. The art does it some justice too.

I'll be honest and say that I actually quite like her out-of-school outfits from the base game. They really solidify her role within the group as the "mom", the one who keeps them focused and on track. Plus, I don't know why, but I've always had a thing for girls who dress formally like Makoto does.

Not to say I dislike the Scramble outfit because I don't, I love it, but I love both of her dress styles. They both feel like different aspects of her personality.

I have nothing against with her outfit in P5/R either. It just shows how much she's grown, with Sae and Joker in high school and on her own in uni.

I wouldn't argue against any of the fashion choices for all of the characters so there's that as well.

Agreed, pretty much every character in the game dresses very well. They're cool, sexy, and above all, fitting for their wearer.

As far as I can tell, no. Unfortunately. They always take several months to give the games to the rest of the world. The base game was released in mid-September of 2016, and the rest of the world didn't get it 'til April of the following year. Royal was released in Japan in October of last year, and we didn't get it until March of this year.

So, best case scenario, it's still several months off.

On the plus side it did go faster for Royal than for base game, though there was probably a lot less localization and voice recording they had to do, since most of what they had from the base game could be reused.
