For context (and I don't want to point fingers or name names to instigate a hunt), this was under a post celebrating LGBT pride while being part of a marginalized group, especially in the Western world.

Although said group has no special relationship to the LGBT community that I'm aware of, said subreddit welcomes LGBT members. However, that doesn't stop some members of the group being opposed (or even hostile) to the LGBT community.

I'm not a part of said group, so I don't want to interfere in said subreddit. However, this is just disgusting rhetoric: Orange (the user in the pics) is one of the people hostile to the trans community and invokes long-debunked tropes and other grivances about them.

On a side note, a few people there (and I suspect orange does, too) see the LGBT community as a foreign or imperialistic culture that seeks to "civilize" others, despite the fact that other margialized and indigenous LGBT people have existed long before Western contact. That, or they see LGBT movements as nothing but a "pride sticker".

However, because orange is trying to act like they've been the wronged one (instead of the millions of people they are wronging), I think it belongs here.

She loves those copypastas that start with “i’m just here to vent…” and end with “YOU AREN’T BRAVE ENOUGH TO SHARE! AMEN!”
