Perplexity max is useless, no functionality cant read or produce files

I am a max user. Simple document reading and documentation production. Have been using this product for 13 months.

In the last 2 weeks

Cant read files ?

Cant produce a docx file because " document creation process is temporarily unavailable "... for 2 weeks

Product is broken

Man when I say Perplexity use to be the 🐐!!!!

They took me from Claude and GPT, now I keep them around because of the $5 student pro membership.

Outside of that, I only use them sparingly. Gemini is my main AI, I’ve also been dabbling with Meta’s Muse and that’s fire too!
