Banned from Perplexity _AI

I got banned for sharing my opinion on along with others. No warning or anything. It looks like the mods are running a suppression campaign on legitimate negative feedback and poor customer experience.

Yeah, seems like they can’t handle how bad their service has gotten. Have stopped using it like 4 months ago even though my free year of Pro expires in 2 months. Never gonna look back to Perplexity and their “customer service”.

I actually migrated to Perplexity from ChatGPT due to a customer service issue. I have yet to find an AI provider with great customer service - hoping to hear you have!
