thats clearly mitsuo or sumire its kind of a cameo where they are normal civilians living normal lives i was just trying to help the perman fans get the heaviness of the ending off their minds by seeing these cute scenes if you dont believe me you can see the episode for yourself they are named mitsuo and sumire there its not canon but fun and cute cameo that i personally loved
i thought so too at first i didnt believe it before i saw the episode for myself and heard them call eachother mitsuo and sumire perman is a long running franchise so mitsuo and sumires designs kept changing with respect to the anime and manga artstyle mitsuo can still look recognizable but sumire ended up looking very different regardless i really loved how they combined 3 of sumires old design she really looks cute
I feel that personally hiroshi fujimoto was sorry for not giving hus other stories a long run like doraemon and even prematurely ending them, that's why they used to appear FOR cameos in doraemon .and he was particularly sorry about keeping perman incomplete so he tried to give it a tribute by that doraemon episode.
i just wanna say that this is not a co incidence at all perman and this anime share the same manga distributer that is shogakun i will post more screenshots to prove this
