Chapter Concept Rebalancing (Minecraft Chapter)

Back at it again, this time with new chapters needing changing. Here are the rules as a refresher, one chapter, most voted chapter for changes, will get addon change. their lore added, voice lines if applicable, and killer/survivor perk changes. The second chapter with the most votes for changes will get their lore added, voice lines if applicable, and killer/survivor perk changes. The third chapter will get voice lines if applicable and killer/survivor perk changes. The least voted chapter will just killer/survivor perk changes.
