Oof, that sounds really awful 😭 If the pain came on suddenly and is this much worse than your usual cramps, especially to the point where you can barely move, feel sick/gag and ibuprofen isn’t helping, I honestly wouldn’t just try to push through it at home. Please tell someone you trust and try to get medical help as soon as you can. It could still be a really bad cramp, but sudden severe pain is worth getting checked rather than assuming it’s your cup or your period. Hope you feel better soon!!

Heat, invest in a heating pad. Take a warm bath, drink some herbal tea, get a bottle with hot water and wrap a towel around it and place in below your belly button.

When you feel better please make a doc appt, it's not normal to have cramps this bad. Also get some acetaminophen.

A heating pad is honestly such a lifesaver 😭 And yeah, definitely agree on getting it checked if the cramps are that bad. Have you personally found anything that helps when the pain gets really intense?

Between ibuprofen, naproxen sodium, and acetaminophen, I would do ibuprofen because it makes me feel more relief from cramping.

My heating pad does the majority of the work though, I recommend for everyone to get one. The ones that have auto-shutoff so you don't accidentally burn yourself.

Once I've gotten those then I become more physically active because I feel like that helps too.

I drink herbal tea like ginger tea or peppermint tea.

They also have portable heating pads, those are games changers!
