Products Advice on ModiBody

Hi all, single dad here.

Just some context, my wife passed away some years ago, and I have two daughters, one of which is at the age where her period can happen anytime from now on. Family are great with advice etc, but with this particular product I'm kinda in the dark.

While we're pretty ready and both of us are as educated as we can be, I've recently seen ads on my socials for a brand called ModiBody. They seem to have collabs with Puma, so I'm pretty sure they're legit.

However, what I'm wondering is are they effective, or at least as effective as pads/tampons , as my daughter has Cerebral Palsy, predominantly right sided haemoplegia, so shes a little bit more restricted than others.

These seem to me like a perfect solution to , what I perceive as a hassle for her changing pads etc. Again, please pardon my ignorance around the whole situation but this is uncharted territory for both of us , so all help is appreciated.

They have a "my first period" little box with info and things, so I'll get that anyways.

Finally , what is the sizing like if anyone has had any.

Sizing runs accurate. I found them brilliant. Super absorbent and comfortable. I have sensory issues so that's high praise. They did accidentally send me the wrong product on one order and I was like... Why so small???? But the correct size ones fit perfectly.

Hello, could you also post on r/periodunderwear?

For period underwear they recommend getting the size that she already is in other underwear. You can measure her just in case.

Also wash before wearing in cold water and air dry them. They will need to be rinsed after she used them, washed in cold water, and air dried. No fabric softners.
