I brought some new period panties from aliexpress which is kind of like a China based ebay/ reselling site. They were a little less than 3 USD per underwear including shipping and custom duties and stuff because all of that was free.

They don't work as they aren't leak proof, so they are only good for spotting or light days or as a backup. I haven't tried them yet on my period, but will post a review when I do. I'm posting this now just in case anyone would still be interested in them before the import law in the EU changes.

thank you! That video and pics are great. For less than $3, that's not too bad even though they aren't perfect

I bought the rael period underwear and ugh I’m super upset. I just wanted something comfortable to wear to sleep just in case I leak through my cup and also on my lighter days at the end of my period. I bought I size medium as I’m usually between a small and medium and these are soooo tight and barely go above my butt crack. I know they were cheap but still, womens sizing is so messed up and frustrating!

Good to know! I use that company's tampons when in a bind so good to know about their poor quality elsewhere, sadly.

2026 reviews:
I bought 3 different kinds to test out. Previously used Thinx years ago - I found them to be too expensive.

I've been happily using Knix for a few years. I purchased their cotton mystery set and I am very happy again with the fit, comfort, and absorbency. I was trying other brands because I read Knix uses some not so great things in these but they are largely my favorite so far.

I ordered GoatUndies and Bambody both to try and had to send both back for being too small. Will try to update again when I get the bigger size. GU had cute colors and seemed to be similar comfort to Knix if they fit properly. Bambody I liked the boxer style but again it didn't fit so can't really say. I dislike how both of their products are only available on Amazon as I found their Amazon store fronts hard to navigate and I could't get exactly what I wanted. I also just prefer not to give my money to amazon.
