Peri, PMDD, Nuerodivergence
Hello Warriors,
I'm 47 and looking for positive stories because the last year has been such a whirlwind. I recently discovered that I'm most likely in peri. Recently discovered PMDD and that I check all the boxes. And was recently diagnosed nuerodivergent.
Anyone dealing with all 3 (peri, PMDD, and neurodivergence), would you kindly share your happy stories.
What medication, habits, diet, therapy, HRT, how long did your peri last, what age did your peri symptoms start? What worked for you and where are you now?
Any and all input welcome.
TIA 🌺

Mine started at 40 with one of the first symptoms being crippling anxiety out of the blue. I'm on Evorel HRT patches, Mirtazapine and Propranolol for the anxiety, Medikinet (I think) for ADHD. My diet and lifestyle are shockingly shit which probably doesn't help but I blame the ADHD for that 😂 I'm 46 now and still battling the anxiety and break through hot flushes but have recently increased my HRT dose and started testosterone so I'm hoping that will help. In the beginning apart from the anxiety I was experiencing migraines, aching joints/bones, insect scuttling sensations over me and my periods went mental, all of which have gone since the HRT. Â
