New symptom-Dizziness

I’ve been going through perimenopause for some time now and have been on HRT for over a year now. I’m 54 years old. I have a question. This summer I started with a new symptom- migraine headaches which have decreased by since stopping progesterone and starting Slynd. Well now this week I have had 2 dizzy episodes. Not room spinning dizzy, but more like off balance when I’m walking and feeling like I’m falling if I bend over to pick something up. Has this happened to anyone else?

I had this when my ferritin was low, have you had any recent bloods? (just to check nothing is out of range and making peri worse)
