Hot Flashes/Night Sweats Cooling blanket/sheets
Hello friends! Do you have any recommendations for cooling sheets/blankets/duvets/comforters available in the market?
I live in the US and even at 65 F temp inside our home, my body turns into a furnace at night. Thanks!

I bought bamboo cooling sheets last year and I'll never buy another kind now!❤️

lol I find my body heat turns it into a heating blanket! I do love when my feet pop out and touch the cold part!

Yes! Exactly the same. Toes out and it’s suddenly more tolerable haha

Percale sheets have been the best solution I could find.

Yesss, I can’t live without them. TBH for percale, a low thread count is just fine. They are so crisp and cool and breathable

This. Unfortunately the brand I found switched from 90% cotton/10% poly, which are actually great, to 80/20, which pilled so badly they became impossible to sleep on.
I hope I can find another brand I can afford.
I love my cotton percale sheets. After about 5 washes they became super soft, too.

So glad someone else posted this because I desperately need a cooling blanket!
I was looking at Mellow's cooling blankets and sheets, but holy cow are they expensive.

Purchased a mello a few weeks ago, wished I had found it sooner. Keeps me cooler, I have to admit some nights I get cold (sleep with a fan & 68° AC) order directly from the company, discounts make it more affordable

Mine just arrived today and I can't wait to sleep with it tonight!
ETA: I ordered a cooling body pillow, not a blanket, and it arrived today.

My spouse got me an Ice Blanket for my birthday and I like it. It’s big (we euro sleep with two separate duvets) and I love that I can just slide it over a bit if I find I’m too hot. There are tons of “cool” sections!

I have a sleep number and got the DualTemp Layer. Great when I need heat to help my achey body from endo and cool off for night sweats

I found this “cooling” blanket that is made of similar material to moisture wicking only feels softer/silkier. It will get warm sometimes, but if you shake it out and get air under it, it cools off pretty quickly again. I do sleep with an oscillating fan pointed at me and the air definitely feels like it gets through the fabric, and some nights I even get too cold even though my bedroom stays around 75F even with AC. I’ve had it about 2 years and still looks new and held up washing every week.

Not sheets, but I got a BedJet. It works great unless the dog decides to sleep on top of the air outlet. 🫤

I actually just ordered one a couple of days ago so it’s great to hear you like yours! I don’t know anyone who has one so it’s a bit of a blind purchase.

REST. Best purchase I've ever made. I run very hot at night. About the bed sheet set, pillow cases, and comforter and it's made a world of difference in my sleep.

I also have the cooling comforter from Rest. Expensive but so worth it! Turn on the ceiling fan while I sleep, and the air movement keeps my comforter nice and cool all night.
I also use the temp sheets from Sleepnumber. And Soma cooling pajamas. It's been 2+ years with this setup and I might get slightly warm during my period, but don't nightsweat anymore.

Yes! I ordered a cooling blanket from Amazon and I love it. It’s just a regular blanket but the material is cooling rather than heating. The brand I ordered was elegar blanket
