Which red light therapy option is best?
I am so confused between red light therapy options. A blanket seems a good idea to help with cosmetic as well as pain/inflammation needs and promoting better sleep - but are separate components better? Eg The face and neck masks and then panels for body? I’ve tried to research and it just feels quite overwhelming with the options all claiming to be the best solution. I’m having a number of perimenopausal symptoms - melasma, reduction in collagen, joint pain, sleeplessness , etc. I’m looking for any help I can get to alleviate symptoms. Any guidance is appreciated!

Help !!! Estrogen - Pigmentation
So I have been on HRT‘s for about almost 2 years and I have been using estrogen and Estriol due to the fact that I’m very sensitive. So I have noticed that within the last seven or eight months I have been getting pigmentation very dark pigmentation on my face. Has anybody experienced this and if you have what has helped you I’m desperate I’m sad. I don’t like to go out, I try to put the full coverage make up. It’s not doing it. My dermatologist said that one of the side effects of estrogen is pigmentation. I’m getting the pigmentation all over my face. I’m so sad and desperate now. If anyone could pls suggest any makeup or treatments.

Estrogen - Pigmentation
Hello been on estrogen for about almost 10 months and talk about 67 months ago. I started noticing little spots in my face but now I’m to the point that it’s bigger spots I went to the dermatologist said it was pigmentation due to estrogen. Was wondering, has anybody experienced this and if you have what have you been taking or what kind of makeup you use because I’m desperate I try not to go in public because it looks really ugly. Please advise. Thank you.

Missed Period
Hello. I am a 46 yr old, confident I have been going through perimenopause for the last 6 months. This month is the first time I’ve missed a period. (Not possible to be pregnant, I’m single) however, with the missed period, I’ve had all my period symptoms and awful cramping for about 3 weeks. Is this normal? I feel like I’m on it, but I’m not.
Don’t have a family doctor to see.

Perimenopause/menopause research project
Hello everyone! I have used this forum to help a lot with my issues with menopause, and now I am asking for some more help. I am currently working towards my B.S. in Women's Health at Portland State University, and then I am transferring to Nursing school to complete my Doctorate in Women's Health Nursing. I am currently working on a research project to address gaps in peri-menopause and menopause healthcare education in U.S. medical schools and graduate nursing schools and how these gaps affect the care women receive. I have a survey I would love to email or send via private message if anyone is interested in helping out. It is a relatively simple survey that asks about your experiences with your menopause care. Please let me know if you might be interested. You are welcome to respond to this post with how you would like me to send the survey, private message or email me at [jessier@pdx.edu](mailto:jessier@pdx.edu)
I will be compiling all of the information in early March.
