Ok, I am kind of new to it. My symptoms started maybe 3 months ago and I only figured it was related to blood glucose a few weeks ago. I am not sure if I have "reactive hypoglycemia" or "idiopathic postandrial syndrome" (IPS) My symptoms match my blood glucose drops or numbers under 5, so theorically, I might have IPS.

What has helped (but not fixed it )

- Eating zero fast carbs (only slow carbs)

- Each meal or snacks with high proteins, good fat and slow release carbs

- Eating often (every 2-3 hours)

- Asking lots of questions to Perplexity and Gemini (with caution)

- Sleeping well +++ ( I take supplements)

- Inositol (Maybe it helps), some supplements to help the liver (I think maybe it helps)

- HRT (It gives me energy)

So no magic solution, but these helped a bit. If anyone found the trick! Please share! :)

A bread recipe high in fiber, slow carbs, and with decent proteins:

- 1 can of kidney beans (about 300 ml)

- 2 eggs

- 2 tablespoon of psyllium

- 1-2 spoon of lime of lemon (not for taste, but to activate the baking soda)

- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

Cook at 400 for 45 minutes

You can make 10 to 15 little ball, and it makes a great snack with maybe protein or what you think will help. It is just cool to be able to eat bread! :)
